Can I buy tickets on site? There will be no box office on site. Tickets can be purchased via the Fever app or website.
Do I need to print my ticket?

You will find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in using the same method you used to make your purchase.

Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, under "Tickets." If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure to log in with the same account used to purchase your ticket. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Do you offer tickets for accompanying caregivers?

Visitors requiring assistance may request a free pass for their personal caregiver. Please contact us with proof that you require a caregiver.

Once received, we will send you a voucher to use to book a free ticket for your caregiver via the Fever app (subject to availability).

Please note you will need to present your standard entry ticket along with your caregiver's ticket at the event entrance.
